Delivery options
How we deliver
Palletised truck delivery
Bagged pellets on shrink-wrapped, hooded pallets (typically 66 × 15 kg = 990 kg per pallet). Full truckloads carry 24 pallets (approx. 24 tonnes).
Container loading
Containers are loaded at our facility with bagged pallets or big bags. A 40 ft container holds approx. 24–26 tonnes; a 20 ft container approx. 20–22 tonnes depending on packaging and weight limits.
Big bags (FIBC)
1-tonne big bags with lifting loops and discharge spout – ideal for commercial boilers, agriculture and re-bagging operations.
Bulk delivery
Loose bulk by tipper or blower truck for silos and industrial plants, and bulk vessel shipments for large-volume export contracts.

Ex Works
You collect from our facility and arrange all transport.
FOB
Free On Board
We deliver and load onto your vessel at the named port of shipment.
CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight
We pay sea freight and insurance to your destination port.
DAP
Delivered At Place
We deliver to your named address, ready for unloading.
International export

For international shipments we provide the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and – where required – phytosanitary certificate and certificate of analysis. Fumigation can be arranged on request.
Delivery arrangements
Deliveries are scheduled with you in advance. For truck deliveries please let us know whether a forklift is available on site or a tail-lift is required. For silo deliveries we use blower trucks with weighing systems.
